1. Agreement

By using the Zeltravo Institute website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or its course services.

2. Educational scope

Our courses provide general technical education about blockchain systems, software development, security, data, and product design. They are not legal, financial, tax, investment, employment, or professional audit advice.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If account features are enabled, you are responsible for accurate information and for protecting account credentials. Do not share access where the applicable order prohibits it.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the site to distribute malware, evade security controls, infringe rights, harass people, scrape protected content, impersonate another person, or use educational examples to facilitate unlawful activity.

5. Intellectual property

Zeltravo Institute names, curriculum, text, exercises, interface, and original materials belong to Zeltravo Institute or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use purchased educational materials for personal or authorized team learning.

6. Catalog and orders

Catalog descriptions and prices may change. A cart is a planning feature and does not create a completed purchase. Any enrollment or payment terms will be shown before a real transaction is accepted.

7. No guarantees

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular learning result, employment, certification, investment result, software security, or suitability for a specific production system. Technical examples must be independently reviewed before use.

8. Third-party services

Links, tools, networks, or software referenced in lessons may be operated by third parties. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and you should review their documentation and risks.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms when the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We may suspend access for security, legal, or material policy reasons.
